After working in Carrefour's purchasing department, in Bosch's quality department, and in a B2B software company's sales team, Gwilherm heads SynControl and focuses mostly on business development efforts.
In this capacity, Gwilherm's role is to understand customers' problems and to establish whether SynControl is a good fit for their needs.
Lead Web Developer
Sergey is a full-stack developer equiped with strong design sensitivity and a focus on users' needs. He has 10 years' experience and has been working on SynControl since 2014.
Sergey implements and improves system features, but also decides on the best technology choices and sets standards for the rest of the team to follow.
Customer Success Manager
Annie spent 5 years working in one of the largest testing & inspection companies. She holds a MSc in food production safety. Her main role was to start new programs with retailers & brand owners and to pass them to the operations team once they were running smoothly.
Annie's role is to help customers understand if our software is a good fit, to ensure they get onboarded quickly and sucessfully, and to ensure they get the most out of SynControl over time. She is based in Hong Kong.
IT Developer & Administrator
Andreas comes from the Netherlands and has 10 years of experience developing web applications. He has been in South China for more than 10 years.
In addition to writing features and handling some support requests, Andreas focuses on automated feature testing, automated application deployment, technical documentation, and other tools to make programming and QA easier.
The app currently works on Apple iPhone, iPad Mini and iPad, and on Android devices.
