These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SynControl website, software platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You retain ownership of data and content you upload or submit to the Services.
You grant SynControl a limited, non-exclusive right to process such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain Services may be subject to fees under a separate agreement or order form.
All fees, payment terms, and billing arrangements will be defined in the applicable commercial agreement between you and SynControl.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services or websites. SynControl is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynControl disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynControl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
SynControl’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SynControl for the Services in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynControl from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
